to climasource! The services of climasource are offered to you on an
"as is" basis subject to the following terms of service ("TOS")
agreement. By using the climasource web site, you agree to all of
these terms and conditions. The TOS may be updated from time to time

Advertisers and Affiliates

and or its principals shall not be involved in any dealings that you may
have with advertisers, affiliates or companies that you associate with
while using the services of climasource. Issues that may arise as a
result of such dealings are solely between you and the advertiser,
affiliate and or companies that you get involved with. climasource
offers no warranty or guarantee of the services or products provided by
any other company or individual. |

| Discussion
areas and chat areas within and outside of the climasource web site are
"public areas". climasource has no control over the
information posted within these public areas. No warranty, with
respect to these areas is offered by climasource. By accepting this
TOS, you agree not to participate in inappropriate discussion or submit
information to climasource that may be objectionable or offensive to
others. If it comes to the attention of climasource administration
personnel that one member is offending another member or members,
termination of the offending member’s climasource account may take place
without notification. |

climasource web site provides links to several information pages on the
Internet. Although we do our best to monitor and maintain these
links, it is possible that climasource may, unintentionally, link you to
sites and/or pages containing objectionable or inappropriate
material. climasource and or its principals and employees, may not
be held responsible for inaccuracies in information or damages that result
from such information. climasource offers no warranty or guarantee
of the services or products provided by any other company or individual. |

Account |
| It is
your responsibility to keep your password and account information
confidential. climasource will not disclose this information to any
organization or individual without your written consent.
Furthermore, climasource administration personnel will never ask you for
your password. You are responsible for all uses of your account, whether
or not actually or expressly authorized by you. Additionally, you are responsible for the information that you submit to
climasource. The submission of inappropriate or objectionable
information may lead to the termination of your membership account without
notice. climasource reserves the right to terminate any membership
account where the user does not strictly adhere to the rules outlined in
this Terms of Service agreement. |

CLIMASOURCE AND OR ITS PRINCIPALS AND EMPLOYEES MAY NOT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE AS A RESULT OF USING THE
CLIMASOURCE WEB SITE AND SERVICES. FURTHERMORE, WE MAKE NO GUARANTEE
AS TO THE QUALITY OR ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED AT THE CLIMASOURCE
WEB SITE OR OF THE INFORMATION THAT THE CLIMASOURCE WEB SITE LINKS
TO. CLIMASOURCE AND OR ITS PRINCIPALS MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER MEMBERS OR NON-MEMBERS THAT USE OR SUBMIT
INFORMATION TO THE CLIMASOURCE WEB SITE.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without giving effect to its
conflict of laws provisions or your actual province, state or country of
residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any
provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the
remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
This "Terms of Service" agreement constitutes the entire
agreement between you and climasource. We reserve the right to amend
this agreement from time to time without notification. It is your
responsibility to periodically view the TOS to ensure that you are
up-to-date with the most recent version of this document.
Violations of this "Terms of Service" agreement should be
reported to admin@climasource.com
